No app can detect wakelock without root on KitKat :-(

lol ok. i guess i would have to disable background updates in the twitter app. and remove that flo app as well that is supposed to run in the background.

Also keep sync off when you don't need to check your emails.
I have Tasker profiles to do that. So save a bit more battery
