Looks legit?

Generally nexus phones and new android os are announced arnd mid October every year. Seems like nexus 5 will now be in November. Most delayed since nexus one?

Who is he? Of all the people, LG India's head talked to him only? Also it a bit ironical that his blog's url is speculativespeculations.wordpress.com
Actually here is the source. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=46904198&postcount=172 and seadra a.k.a me :) I talked to the head today morning. But just saying, I posted that just by going with his words, he is ofc from official LG, but we still can't take this official, if you know what I mean.

Just going to state the obvious.. A LG management guy said it on national television last year that they would launch the Nexus 4 in India in November. And this was before Google even launched the device.
Just because one random guy seems to believe it's happening, it might still not happen because the demand in USA market could eat up all the manufacturing capacity.
