Would like to add something here. Indian price is looking very good with the inflated price of the dollar. USD 350 as per Google today is Rs. 22802.50. USD 350 is exclusive of taxes. Tax I imagine would range between 20-30 dollars. So you are basically getting it quite close to American price.
BUT.
Nexus 4 update is pretty close now. It might not be priced at USD 350. But should still be an excellent value for money deal. Though if you want a unit with bill, you might have to wait for a bit longer.

I for one actually think 4.5" would be better. I hate Apple phones but what the only thing I love about iPhone 5 is it's design, small (okay) size screen. I own a nexus 4 ( ofc I love it ) but the only thing I hate is it's 4.7" screen. It's not comfortable to use a phone this big.

So, Here's my take on what will make nexus 5 a winner

4.5" screen ( not 1080p, that's just marketing plot anyway)
Snapdragon 800 ( HELL YEAH! ) there were rumors that it may have tegra 4, but then again on benchmarks 800 pwns tegra 4 ;)
3gb of Ram ( 2gb is more than enough anyways though )
4000 mAH battery.
Sapphire glass may be ? that be epic but I think they will go with Gorilla Glass 3 both in front and back
16gb space is still good enough.
May be some more megapixels on camera, but if not, still good enough :)
Quad-core 2.26 GHz Krait 400
Adreno 330
KLP 5.0
edge to edge display please!
ofc this sounds like it will be an expensive one but with smaller screen , may be it can adjust with the same prices as nexus 4? :)
Support for external Micro SD Card. That was the only reason I didn't bother with Nexus 4. I could have gone to great lengths to obtain it otherwise.

Nexus devices are unlikely to get support for expandable memory. Sadly, even the new Motorola devices feature non-user-removable batteries.

kya dushmani hai India sai :P nexus 7 bhi thek sai launch nahai kartai na time par na thek price par :P

This device also has a rumored screen size of 5.5 inches so it is unlikely to be Nexus anyways.
But one thing is clear. Either Google is planning a mega sized Nexus device. Or LG is discarding hardware buttons on their Android devices.
As for a non-Nexus design. Nexus design has evolved with every update. And yes, I do not think next Nexus would be so boring.
Nexus 5 rumors are back :P 5 inches and more is way too big for a phone for my liking :P
hmm..how come the co. manufacturing nexus is also secret :P atleast we should be knowing who is gonna make them :P
