Clear the cache.

I cleared the cache, i restarted the browser, still, its not there. I think whatever thing is wrong, will get automatically rectified when i restart the whole system. I am on a Live session, so it wont remember any sort of setting ever!

It's not working for me either, after enabling the Usability Boost Extension the black bar becomes static.With the extension disabled it's just the same as before.
