GTPL Broadband Reviews?

Hey guys, is anyone still using GTPL in 2025? Can you share your experiences? I'm looking to switch ISP's and GTPL is FUP free so wanted to see how is the experience. Although they're just Jio but named differently, yet I wanna know. Thanks

P.S I'm looking for their 200 Mbps Max speed plan.

I have some friends currently using it, but all of them are from non-tech background so they don't care about latency and all. The only bad thing about GTPL is that it frequently goes down in our area, and it takes a couple of hours to get it fixed, sometimes the internet is down for whole day.

I was a GTPL customer from 2020 till 2022 and I noticed the same thing, it is unstable and if internet goes down than it takes many hours for them to fix it. But their prices are very cheap and GTPL works on LCO model, so if your area has a good LCO than the uptime would be much better.
