Has BSNL capped upload speed on Fiber Broadband?

The captcha appears basic though, and persistent brute force attackers can easily circumvent those. I guess it atleast slows them down a bit.

My PPPoE drops every 2 minutes. My router is not fast enough to refresh PPPoE every two minutes or seconds at this point.

Anyone else facing this issue?

No, But, here too BSNL capping upload speed to 20Mbps

I am facing some issues from 7pm onwards . For instance the instagram will not load sometimes ,at other times google sites taking to much time for loading sometimes youtube buffering . .When i did a ping test i got some increased latencies. The issue is somewhat bothering me.

I see more than usual disconnects, but not every two min or so. Been stable since 11 AM.

I think BSNL wants to lose more customers than they already have.
