I bought my D-Link DHP-1320 from eBay's Global Easy Buy. Basically it was purchased from ebay.com (US website) and shipped by eBay's partner (i2c) straight to your home. The router comes with a US type pin, but it is far easier to replace your two pin socket with a multi-socket and get on with things. I got it for around Rs 4,000. Switched to their DOCSIS 3.0 'HD Stream 3' plan. Speeds are excellent at 48.8 up and 4.5 down. Was a bit sad to say goodbye to my old modem (I'm with Hathway since 2007

Thats some real fast speed in India man , i like it , finally at least some ISP's are working to improve the condition of internet/broadband in india , now only if we could somehow be united and persuade other ISP's to remove FUP (or atleast keep reasonable FUP ) and improve Pricing it will be really awesome .
I agree. The cheapest 50 Mbps plan comes to ₹700/month with a 10 Gb cap, which is quite decent if you ask me. The 25 Gb FUP on this plan is not enough, but hey... at least these guys are making an attempt to bring up the download speeds and maybe with time we might see FUP caps close to what they have in North America. Europe and South East Asia are the ones to beat, but that's a whole different story!Thundurus said:
