Hathway Broadband launches Docsis 3.0 Ultra High speed network

Hello Forum Friends,
Is Hathway offering Docsis 3.0 Ultra High speed network in CHEMBUR Suburb. If any Member staying in Chembur has checked with Hathway if they are offering Docsis 3.0.
If not then whey do they plan to start Docsis 3.0 Ultra High speed network in Chembur.

FinRar, I don't think they are offering it as yet in Chembur. The Hathway Website says that the Docsis 3.0 plans are available only from ""Colaba to Borivali, Sion to Antop Hill". Keep chasing them so they know you are interested. Your local cable operator may not care too much but if you get some pressure from the Hathway side of things, it may be helpful.

Surprised tobsee your upload speed slow. I'm getting 4-5 Mbps. Another observation : on my Macbook I get close to 50 Mbps using their provided wifi router. But on my Samsung note 3 I'm capped at about 30-35 Mbps. Not that I'm complaining.

my speed is fluctuating.. its sometimes even below 10 mbps and i use a very good router.. so that wont be the issue i guess.. i use Linksys EA4500 router. And yeah theres a problem with the note phones i guess.. im using a note 2 and even i get speeds lower than what i get on the pc or mac
The ping is the best part of the connection!!! out of 50 tests you perform ... the ping is 0 on about 45 tests

great man the speeds are very good as well as the ping....enjoy
but it really fluctuates as per u said like 10mbps below sometimes....?

that was some singnal issue and its resolved now. Now im getting a constant speed of 48-50 mbps with 0 ping. Extremely happy with the connection.

I am soo much wanting these plans in Mumbai Central Suburbs (Mulund ) , I can live with lesser FUP , but speed is just amazing..
No idea when these plans with be launched here. I feel hathway does not have much competition here , so it is not bothering to launch issed-off:
