I had a 900+UL plan earlier. Recently I shifted to a new place and I got my connection transferred. I was talking to their Customer support last night and he informed me that my plan now is a 700 Plan. I dont even know the details of this plans. Can someone confirm that they have discontinued the 900+UL plan?:madness: If yes than are they changing the plans of the existing customers without informing them?

Check usage at BSNL - Broadband Account Management with your 14 digit portal ID.
Plan details may be shown under \"My orders\"

Thanks essbebe, I know I may sound like a stupid but I have no idea what this 14 digit portal ID is? and what would be the password for it?
Again I need your help in knowing this too....

home 900ul+ plan is only for new customers, may be they reduced monthly rent of that plan to 700 for existing customers. better u check your data transfer details.

if u have telephone directory for ur city, u can find some telephone numbers which directly connect u to Broadband Switch room, Internet Room or like this. they will give u more information than these customer support people.

for Baroda, Gujarat the switch room phone no is 0265-2340200

Whenever you get a new BB connection now, they allot a unique 14 digit ID ( which cannot be changed ) and password as password. You have to use it to access your usage details , and also to change your log in password etc.
