1.In first screenshot : bridge mode selected . OK.2. In second Screenshot: Change Router local IP to 192.168.1.3 3. DHCP server change range from 192.168.1.3 4.pool count can remain 32.5. Hope you have changed TCP/IP setting to assign IP automatically. in both laptops.a) if you want to assign an IP 192.168.1.3 laptop1 and 192.168.1.4 to laptop 2. 6. Can enter OpenDNS 208.67.220.220 and 208.67.222.2227. Check both laptops connect to internet a) through ethernet port or b) wireless mode.Para two : please do not quote in full. Copy/Paste points above in your reply.
 
essebebe when i cange my ip to 192.138.1.3 and dchp server to 192.168.1.3 it gives the following error

and this is my ip address for laptop (a) which is connected to internet....

and for laptop b it is configured to automatically assign ip...
 
1.OK. Change it to say 192.168.1.4.2. In both lap top TCP/IP and DNS should be automatic . From where you got 192.168.10.1 ( given by BSNL ? typing error ? )Now : Laptop A:start run type cmd ipconfigyou should get 192.168.1.x( any number above 4) subnet 255.255.255.0 Default Gateway 192.168.1.1Repeat for Laptop 2 192.168.1.x( any number above 5) other two same.Don't do piecemeal changes.You should appreciate that I don't have the modem and depend on other similar modems and www google/Yahoo search and this forum.

kindly check whether the nat enabled and default route=yes.check wheteher status is activated and bridge interface deactivated and connection=always on ,encapsulation must be pppoellc,then make sure that adsl= autosyncup and save and rebbot the modem.Then check.

thanx bhai log........maaza aagaya.....we did it...thanx to essebebe and other members....!! i m now able to surf internet via wirelessly...
 
the problem lied in the user name and the password while entering in the ppoe/ppoa mode...i didnt enter the user name and password provided by the bsnl...
