Help With DC in reliance connection

hi im using 300kbps flat fee plan(wired), the problem is that i'm not getting Lan speed as normally we get in "DC"...wat im getting is net speed that is 25~35kBps....how do i increase its speed and secondlyi cannot connect DC without logging into reliance accountas normally others can connect.....Can ne 1 help me out on this???????

i use strong dc++ and i connect to a bandra hubthat very much near to my location....

haa yaar can u help me out on the problem???i cannot connect to dc w/o loggin in reliance account ....with that i have to satisfy with the net speed of my connection not the lan speed....actually there is no network forming between me and the Hub i can only connect when i connect to internet.
