High Latency

since july ive been experiencing high ping to europe ive contacted customer care to resolve this but they dont understand i sent all the necessary things via email but they just sent a local technician who knows nothing about latency does anybody have this issue or only me

can you help by pinging these ips

@xlld i remember madurai to Chennai pings being horrendous back in the day, since there is no local gateway in madurai all servers would suffer from increased ping
