High Ping Problems HELP!!

Hi People Please help me very urgent i play this game called wc3 and i repreasent india in europe. and i face high ping problems. to asia battle.net and to europe i get aroung 250-300 ms ping, which is hard to play with i request you guys to help me. 1. Thier are no virus in my computer.2. My fire wall and anti virus are off.3. I got 2mpbs Mtnl connection.4. Is thier any other isp provider who can give me better pings?5. Please help thanks. ANY HELP WILL BE APPRICIATED! THANKS IN ADVANCE!!

Do a tracertto your game server, and post the results here.
It may be that some intermediate router along the signal route is faulty.

Try opendns 208.67.220.220 and 208.67.222.222 ( if already done Ignore please )5. Test speed at speedtest.net say Server in New York. Give results.

i am using Mohawk mt882 routrer i opned ports 6112-6119 people can join my games aswell. but i dont know how to update os and sp2.

1.Start Control Panel System System properties. Check your OS details.
2. Your modem In IE open 192.168.1.1 id admin password admin
Post screen shot Summary page. ( to check whether same as Huawei Ax t882 )
3. Your internet speed is OK.
4. Did you change the DNS ?
Start/Network/Local Area Connection/ Properties
highlight TCP/IP
properties
In DNS enter opendns. ( will check modem later )
Just test PING now and after DNS change.
For comparison my setup. Dataone 2 Mbps with OpenDNS. Xp Pro SP2
Yours seem to better ! ( 250 to 300 ms)

i dont see any dns option it says dns server which in dots 255.255.255.0 something..
