Slow Speed and High Ping Problems on Reliance Jio Fiber Broadband

It shows 77-80 to the new Bahrain servers, but i constantly get high latency and packet loss error signs on top right of my screen. I even tried the Singapore servers, the same issue is present there too. Earlier that wasn't the case.

I have high ping issue for every server including Jio to Jio.

It is happening since second week of March.

My ping gets normal after 2AM daily and again bad after 10 or 11 AM.

Yes exactly that is happening to me also. Sometimes it is low and then suddenly it spikes and then there is packet loss. I am fed up. And also how to complaint on PG portal?

I wouldn't really trust browser based ping tests that much. Better to run ping tests from your command prompt terminal for accurate results.

make an account on pgportal, then go to register a grievance, choose department of telecom and then explain your complaint then submit.
