@arjunarora4212 IPv6 doesn't have nat. The address gets configured by device itself. Every device which supports ipv6 will have public IP.
IP in android wifi settings(look at the last digits).
Not sure how exactly they handle the exit nodes for the users in an area. But yes it should most likely be same for everyone in Delhi. I can confirm there are other users in Delhi facing this high ping. They have also tried complaining but no luck
@arjunarora4212 Yes, each device gets it's own IP. Not every website support ipv6. The devices should support the ipv6 too and it's not necessary to switch to ipv6 only.
