High Ping since a week

Ping issue is from last 2-3 weeks in Airtel. I am using Railwire where Airtel is upstream and was getting around 180 ms to cloudflare sites. This week it reduced to 70ms. Airtel is messed up sometimes.

They came and replaced the ONT device, as expected it didn't fix it.. I tried to restore my backup config on the new ONT, it didn't work.. I thought okay i'll just use the Decryption script to check what settings are changed... The script didn't work.. I tried to use Binwalk on it, still didn't work.. so there's nothing i can do now.. As my LAN network is down, as the router shows it as connected, but my system won't connect to it despite providing the IP also my WiFi when manually selecting the IP doesn't work as well.. They managed to f**k it more than before.
I'm also facing a high packet loss in West UP (Muzaffarnagar) for the last month. Local technicians were not able to figure out anything. Initially, they were saying it is due to overheating of ONT. They change the ONT for a few people but there wasn't any improvement.
Now local technicians think it is due to overheating of DSLAM. Because it is situated on someone's roof which is directly exposed to the sun and the current temperature range here is 20-42°C. I only get high packet loss only between 11 AM - 4 PM. After 8-9 PM, packet loss is almost 0%. Also, I think in the first week of May we had rain for two days in West UP and there wasn't any packet loss in those two days. So, they might be right about overheating of DSLAM.
Now local technicians start forwarding all packet loss / high ping complaints to NOC. And NOC guys transfer that complaint back to the local technician without having any discussion with the customer. My 3rd complaint is open for the last 5 days. They are just assigning it from one engineer to another engineer.

Interesting observation about placement of equipment exposed to climate heat. Probably need to encourage the local technicians to mitigate this, maybe some additional cover with reflective paint or materials with adequate ventilation etc... doubtful NOC people can do anything here.
Getting high pings are very normal over here in India, they will promise good speed, but when it comes to playing games, ping issues are universal.
