Home 699 Plan?

ppl here dont take this plan
i my self have migrated to this plan
in day time u ll not get good speeds . u ll get b/w 15 to 20 kbps download speed.
but at night time u ll get 40kbps download speed.

Home 699 is only supposed to give 16 KBps and u r getting more than it..and also double speed at night..what else u need
