Horrible speed courtsey of ACT Broadband Bangalore

I am a new customer of ACT broadband, just a couple of months.
My connection speed of download is not even 1 MBPS forget the much advertised 15 or 20 MBPS....
My complaint #1756349 was logged a week back and no updates... All they have provided is lame excuses like my browser has to be changed, there is a virus in the network
Pls beware of ACT
