Bandwidth management is really bad in India. God knows why. We have 1 billion population. But zero can help improve networking infrastructure.

I doubt if BSNL has good connectivity only to Google's content services and not GCP? Probably needs more testing. Cheaper to get a good VPN I suppose.

I too had the same doubt. Probably a good time to invest in nordvpn(Damn, it could keep it's best latency even in peak time).

Unthrottled speeds over IPv6 still seem to be going strong. Although with the network congestion, there wouldn't be any available capacity for non capped speeds to international locations.

didn't feel like running tests but latency has definitely increased on spectra
Also noticed that upload speeds have dropped to my server from full gigabit to about 500-700 mbps
haven't tested any proper downloads yet

NordVPN does not support ipv6. I can confirm this.
