Universities and offices are still not closed. My university (Research work is still going strong, location Delhi) is still average 450 Mbps on a 1 Gig line 24x7 (it usually is close to 650-700 Mbps on normal days). Office bandwidth consumption would depend on the kind of office but I can assure you while there may be a decrease of 20-30 % bandwidth from office and university its but it is not anywhere close to zero consumption.

jio twitter kind of seems bit dead.... seems like they do not have workforce...

whatsapp is also empty of agent now...

i called customer care.... according to them... they have rescheduled my request to 24th march.... (my plan expires on 23rd).... Reason: no engineer availability in the area

i dont know if jio is trying to get rid of me...or is it genuine reason?

i am unable to understand.... jio is a big company...

how can 1Mbps is justified on a 100mbps plan? 700gb data available.

TO BSNL Bros: How many of you have raised complaint by now?

Could some h/w problem which requires boots on the ground. Everyone is running on skeletal staff. That's my guess. A family member tried chat but there was no one luckily yesterday morning he got thru via call.
