I am having a Alphion 1143 modem+wifi router and haven't configured bridge mode.
Recently i added few smart devices to the mix and i have around 8-10 devices in total which includes few mobile phone.
I am noticing a lag in internet connectivity. I am unable to figure out if its an ISP speed issue or a DNS issue or the limitation of the modem+router.

Anyone know how many devices these modem+router can support?

Assuming this is only one AP on Wi-Fi 4, not many.

Thanks. Will add one more AP. I got some time today and tested DNS times. looks like a BSNL routing issue. Some domains are taking more than normal response time. Will raise a complaint

This is normal and there's nothing your ISP or DNS resolvers can do about it, only the domain owner can do something and they already chose not to.
Also get a Wi-Fi 5 AP this time, if you can.
