How many devices can I connect to Tikona Broadband?

Did you switch off the router and check again??

I did..dint work. Now I am trying to set it up all over again. And its not taking the IP anymore..i

I have lost count of how many resets I have done. Have been trying all possible settings and hence have reset it multiple times as there were times when the router used to not even show up in the Wi Fi list.

Changed the static IP ending by + 1 and I am back on the internet again. Need a better fix though as it will be crazy to keep changing the static IP.

The Tikona page actually doesn't allow me to access the Mac address page. Keeps asking me to login again and again when I try to do that.

It does..but when I keep everything at DHCP, it will create multiple logins for each device..atleast that's how it was last time I did that..let me try again.

Let the router get a IP of its own..note down the ip and now change the ip to the one that was assigned earlier and you should be good to go..
