How to check BSNL Broadband Account Usage?

14 digit code(like ami12345678901)is your portal ID & password is password.bbservice.bsnl.in is down for many days now & this is the only site for checking usage for new customers.

use the portalid for the username.Password= "password" without quotesbbservice.bsnl.in now working fine.

sorry for becoming a problem childit logs me in but when i click on view usage, it shows"internal error..please try again latter!"

Try dquf(beta). gets the same information from bsnl portal.

You have user ID and password to connect to Internet . Do not use it
You can use the same for webmail. do not use it for usage check.
You were given 14digit portal ID and password as password. ( small letters)
Try it at the old portal /new portal/ dquf. select web site address correctly.
Try it in Internet Explorer normally.

or send PM your 14 digit ID to me or anybody else ( you feel you can trust ) to check.Only mischief that can be done is to change your log in ID password, for which old password may be also required. I have no idea.
Update0840 may7th : confirmed old password not required.
