It is still not opening in both IE7 and Firefox. Just once, I could see 'BSNL Broadband Account Management' in the title bar but the page stayed blank . I have applied for a change of plan and I need to confirm the change by looking at the account status in the new portal. Does anyone know how to view the plan details without logging on to the new portal?
