How to check BSNL Broadband Account Usage?

whitestar_999/May be browser problem I use FF 3.0 will try with IE and Opera later. Thanks.Update : 0940 tried with IE8 and Opera browsers. same result.Cleared all old data cache history etc. http bbservice.bsnl.in adds wps and portal.

@essbebe,i tried in both IE6 & FF3 however i uses save history,passwords etc in FF3 so i tried in IE with everything cleared(cookies,cache etc) but same result.i don't think that firefox history can interfere with IE6 opening of sites & also if the old portal page is closed it should not be updated with entries.both portal pages are showing usage upto 5AM today with same amount of data transfer.maybe it has something to do with the fact that i am a new user & bsnl's dns servers i am using but i am sure that old portal is still functioning & getting updated.

I checked both the sites again 3-4 times and noticed that sometimes BSNL NIB-II PORTAL goes to the same page as BSNL NIB-II PORTAL and sometimes it shows up the old portal login page.I dont know why it is so.

hi guys i am not able to see the the download usage since few hours it says "Sorry. The service record you are querying is not found." is it safe to download in the 2-8 even with this msg being displayed?if i download in the 2-8 will it update considering that server is down or has some prblm :ashamed:

For records to be updated , you have to sign off and log in again after some time. Now you have to select Unbillled August 2008. or billed July 2008.
BSNL - Broadband Account Management Old portal is opening. Try with your 14 digit portal ID.

friend, restart the modem/router after 2 and before 8. you wont be charged even if the server is not working ! dont worry.. data.bsnl.inbbservice.bsnl.in anyone of these may work. Both are working for me !
