How to check BSNL Broadband Account Usage?

Well just asking as I am a new member of bsnl broadband why can't I see my usage for unbilled for the month of august ??? does it take time ??
 
Hii..My usage page isnt showing isage details for the month of August...is anybody else experiecning the same problem...?
 
yes it is been 3 days but no details till now...
 


How can i get my portal id. So that i can login to see my usage details.
Call the local exchange people who gave you the connection. if they dont know, ask whom to contact !

You can alternately call on 18004241600 (BSNL tollfree) and ask.Few days back, someone posted that he got his username by calling customercare. Eventhough i doubt that ! (i never got more info from cc)
