Broadband Related complaints by dialing: "040-23235331"-For genl. Enq &"040-23234770"-For usage
Customers can also e-mail the grievances/complaints related to Broadband service to: "[email protected]" (Complaints related to Hyderabad SSA only)

Yes for me too. Also my net was down for the past 2 days and it resume today automatically. I dont know what is happening.:wall:

Use other meters to keep track of your usage ( some with timers ) , not extracting info from BSNL portal.
Accuracy is also good. But Billing is based only on Portal meter.

Even I am facing the same problem + I couldnt login last day to the net password/username not matching and now all of sudden it matches ??

Exactly.....Even when I connect to internet it says ... "Verifying Username and password" and does not connect to internet and then after 2-3 tries it gets connected :wall: What is happening ?

Same is happening with me. i got connected after 3-4 tries. this is affecting night downloading bec i am using DataOneQUF which can connect automatically. but now it gets problems bec its not success in first time at all now a days. whats going on.!!!!!!!!!!1
