I am unable to see August usage. They are going back to the billed unbilled stupidity after the unified bill presented last month. Don't know what is going on with this company.

Gee I am now able to view my august usage so I guess bsnl have fixed it now

@members/great_guns/Get a 14digit portal Id and Password as password from your Exchange .UserId will not work in Usage portal.

The portal look again altered.
1)The mac id column from the datausage table is removed.
2)BSNL - Broadband Account Management is showing no data.
3)"My orders" Tab added in portal page at BSNL NIB-II PORTAL
4)We have to search for our orders by Telephone number and service userID
5)All data volumes are represented in MBs (previously KBs)

@great_guns,
You have the ID @dataone.in. I think you are on NIB-I. If so You should check your account usage from, Dataone Account Administration link from Dataone WebMail

members/bhargawa/ Thanks for new Info.

MAC ID is just not visible in portal page but it is there.you can see it in the exported excel report.keep in mind though that excel 2007 won't show it correctly but you can change the saved excel file extension to .html to see it clearly.

I am still not able to see the new portal UI(as it is posted in this thread). All i am seeing is the old portal with reverse cronology of logins.
