& try this link as it seems to work even at times when the bbservice link is not working BSNL Portal .
@urpradhan,you will always face problems unless you are willing to give a try to solutions advised.have you tried this solution i mentioned?also for your information i too faced this blank screen problem after login when i was using the old bbservice.bsnl.in link but i have never faced any problem with this new portal link.

Dear, How could you conclude that I ve not tried your suggestion ?:(
Its working with the new portal, but my concern is if its (bbservice.bsnl.in) working with IE then why not with FF3 (my fav browser). And in my profile page in FF its showing all data in null, but for IE there no problem. See below for IE.

What does this mean
Means I have deleted further suggestions, as I could not understand your problem in FF,
and could not think of a solution,
or no idea about the OS ( LINUX) you use.
simple and elegant Desktop Linux like LinuxMint / Ubuntu

BTW, my screen shots are in Windows

Probably the OS has not been updated.
Even then an interesting problem, in which the web page appears and data is missing.
Then try to see View Source of the html page in FF to locate the "bug"
I use NoScript also and could check usage nicely.
As the user ID is not mine, I have to maintain Privacy
and cannot post Profile Page for comparison
IETAB and Opera and plain IE links are available in ToolBar.
