How to check BSNL Broadband Account Usage?

The option no.2 which you are saying is exactly the problem I am facing. The moment I type BSNL - Broadband Account Management and enter, it gets corrected by itself to http://bbservice.bsnl.in/wps/portal which does not contain 'Usage Detail Portal' option. I have cleared the cache and removed temporary files. But it is not working. Any other solution. This problem is occuring in all the browsers I am using viz. IE 6.0, Firefox, Chrome.

hi iam not able to check dataone account usage in dataone.in website ,when i click "check your account usage" button it goes to http://sancharnet.in/dataoneredirect.htm (but does not open ) but previously it should go to dataone account management menu. i even tried with dataone quick usage software ,but the same problem.

Is it the problem with bsnl dataone website ,help me in this regard.

presuming you are old user.. normally http://10.240.16.195/ is the portal ip.. its down currently..even im not able to access
