Earlier I posted a comment that usage detail may be seen in BSNL site data.bsnl.in >check usage > portal id + password >login > personal portal >click my service. I got my usage detail from 1.9.08 to 15.9.08, but the problem is the website is in a mess as it seems, since last 6/7 days no usage detail page is displayed even after logging in successfully . What is the wrong ? hundreeds of comments are posted daily in various forum daily in this matter by the BSNL Broadband users, while the authorities are sitting tight. How to deal this ?

Contact your Telephone Exchange. Or send an email to CC.example: xxxyyy01022008 xxx letters yyy numbers other eight probably the date BB connection was given. ( try to rememeber!) password usually password. For xxx take the first three letters of user ID.
