How to check BSNL Broadband Account Usage?

Hey ,i've been using dataone for the past 3 years. i've subscribed for the home 500 plan, Upto 2 Mbps and download limit of 2.5GB.Does that mean i can download 5 GB for this month ? Can someone confirm ? When i called BSNL to ask, they said they dont know. How can i get things confirmed ?can someone please helpI'm a newbie, and my ignorance, if very silly , is deeply regretted. But please help

1)My BSNL Broadband Connection is just 2 days old...i.e.its started on 3rd Nov. when i

try to see me usage details on http://bbservice.bsnl.in it says no record found for this

month...should i hv to used full november month 2 see the details of this month ?

2)i hv done broadband speed test from this site.. http://dataone.in

no it was not only u who was not able to see the bb usage as they were updating their server so noone was able to see their usage but now u can see it.

u must log on to www.data.bsnl.in and in the place of username and password enter ur potal id.

If you had registered for BB connection before 31st Oct 2008.
Be patient . If you are having a Free NU tariff plan

start modem at 0205AM and

switch off modem at about 0755.

Do not overlap free period and charged period.

Para three:
In your acct page see Chargeable Units ( excluding free NU ).

Try after two or three days.

Select unbilled usage for November 2008.
