Hi,I am on plan 500C, having new IP 117.x.x.x. If you have been reading my posts you would have noticed that I have been unable to access both the usage sites, this month.I was once successful in opening data.bsnl.in and saw my usage on the 10th Feb.... bbservice.bsnl.in opens sometimes but doesnt go through the login page. This happens in all browsers and even in linux. Ive used all tools such as datafox and shaplus. Still No use. Even the sites bsnl.in , bsnl.co.in and bsnl.com dont work. I am on OpenDNS.SInce others dont seem to have any problem, what is the reason. How can I access these sites ? Everyother possible website loads fine.Thanks, Amit

From May start using some other meter/s not dependent on BSNL usage portal .
Mostly it helps you to keep within daily quota . Accuracy etc , minor difference possible.
For instance on my Home 250 (Dataone) Datafox has reported 62 MB can be used today, in my status bar,above Task bar ( only in FireFox browser). Used 962MB. If the BSNL portal was not available this will not be updated. So use other usage meters

if http://bbservice.bsnl.in is not loading or if you are getting "page not found", check usage directly from http://data.bsnl.in. Its a very good site. It opens very fast and u can try ur queries.

It is still not opening in both IE7 and Firefox. Just once, I could see 'BSNL Broadband Account Management' in the title bar
but the page stayed blank 
. I have applied for a change of plan and I need to confirm the change by looking at the account status in the new portal. Does anyone know how to view the plan details without logging on to the new portal?

I just want to confirm that I cannot load the bbservice page, and I also cannot check any usage or change password. This has not been working for a long time now. I don't know what we people can do to make BSNL responsible, they just do not care about such 'minor' troubles to customers. Pathetic.

Any lucky users who could succeed.
If it is bsnl fault, then what they are doing is not fair at all.
Especially, this report is required by most of the users on the last few days of the month to know the balance and avoid crossing the limit.
If we cross the limit, we are forced to pay for the extra MBs.
How could we avoid crossing the limit when we don't know our balance.
Bsnl is maintaining millions of cell phone users usage details updated every second. Comparatively broadband users are very less in numbers.
If they can do for cell phone users why not for BB users?
How can we bring this problem to the notice of higher authorities or to TRAI ?
As we all know it is repeated every month end.
Please suggest some permanent solution.
Don't ask me to switch over to a private operator.
Unfortunately we have only bsnl BB in our area.
