Instead of 12345678 enter your acct number.
for sept 2009 enter sep-2009....... or Sept-2009-Unbilled....................

but i was able to use it till yesterday morning [though the site was not updated for the first 3 or 4 days - but that is normal with BSNL...happens almost every month now]

are you using Datafox addon with FireFox ?
mostly old dataone users with Ip 59.xx.xx.xx
have no problem in checking their usage.
Wait i will switch to Dataone and check.
