I am amazed how many people are posting to this thread and all because BSNL did not do the following simple things:1) Put a message on their website saying something like "We are having problems with the account usage server and we expect it to be rectified soon. We will update this message when the server is up and running again".2) Put simple instructions on their website for "how to access account usage information".How much time do you think the above would take to do? It is not the difficulty in doing this but the ATTITUDE of BSNL towards customers that is causing much inconvenience for the customers. Has anyone complained to BSNL about this at all?
