Option 1id you get a 14 digit Usage portal ID and PW as password from your exchange ?

Option 2:
Or you can use Shaplus meter to check usage from today.
ShaPlus Bandwidth Meter - Freeware to display bandwidth consumed for session, day and month

Option 3 :
If your telephone connection is old and/or you have a consumer number:

UsageReport.jsp

enter your consumer number. instead of "12345678"
