How to check BSNL Broadband Account Usage?

Hello forum members,I have got Dataone Home 500 connection, and I was trying to change account password + check usage (with DataFox as well).Turns out I keep on getting login failed, userid or password error message. There are no issues with connection, things seem to be working correctly, otherwise.I just called the number 1800 424 1600, and was just told that they are 'working' on the server(s), so wait and everything will be fine.Can anyone confirm this? Are other members able to log in or also getting errors? Do I need to call my local exchange JTO/SDO etc?Location: Jaipur district, RajasthanDate 30 October 2007Time 1255 hoursRegards,Sankalp
 
I have faced problems in connecting to Dataone this morning at Hyderabad . And after connecting , I was also unable tocheck my usage records . However I am able to check usagerecords now ( using Datafox as well ) .
 
so thats why last night download is not recorded in the usage statistics...u know last night 2am-8am i downloaded 4gb but it is not reflected in the usage...
 
Is DQUF working with Vista?
 


my plan is HOME250.
Recently my username and password was changed by BSNL.
Previous my ip was 59.*.*.* now my ip is 117.198.*.*
Now i could not check my account usage
i even could not ping to 10.*.*.* (normal account usage address)
on Dataone WebMail clicking on account usage is redirecting to
BSNL Portal
which is useless.
Can u please tell me how to check my account usage.?

If Bsnl changed your username and Password
1.Try this program .

2.If unsuccessful
Dataone WebMail
Donot select account usage at the top .
This is for old dialup sancharnet.in and also used as bsnl.in
go down to the bottom of the page
Dataone Account Administration.
Login . Your Usage program of BSNl should open.
3. If still unable to check usage
check again password in modem.

4.If still problem call 1800 424 1600 and explain the problem.
Why they changed your ID ? Is it from maheshxxx of dataone.in to maheshxxx of bsnl.in There was no need to change the password. problem could be PW only.

when did they change ur password,?if its today,wait for a day or two to for ur account get activated for new bsnl server data.bsnl.in is the website for data usage and none of present software will work
 
TRY :Do not add dataone.in or bsnl.in
My ID is not changed ( active since feb 2007 xyz at dataone.in modem)
for usage check :xyz
For email xyz at dataone.in abc at bsnl.in or abc at sancharnet.in for dialup ( still using !!)
All software (usage) working fine.
