How to check BSNL Broadband Account Usage?

still error man on this site data.bsnl.in

EJPAK0004W: Login failed. Please enter a valid user ID and password.

i wnt to chk daily usage...

which id and password u entered
when did u get ur connection
u should enter the id which is used dial the broadband connection,something like it end with _code of city (hyd)

with registered login and password u cant check ur usage on that portal,
and old broadband customers cant check usage on that site
 
still same problem dude i used the id n pass which bsnl gives
 
Please type @coolbuddyin or @ken or @essbebe and give your comments.I do not know , whether what I have suggested also, you tried and it did not work.This will enable others in the forum to give alternate ideas. something like this :@essbebe 1. called CC . did not work 2. Tautology Meter : will think about it etc3. Java: Installed /don't like it/ dont want to use it/ why use Java / etc 4. Register : Done. did not work etc

i used the id n pass which bsnl gives


my freind got new connection,he logged into that site and checked usage

i was not able to it with his id eitherfrom my connection or he was unable to check my usage with my id on dataone.in site from his connection

dataone.in also not working for him

but data.bsnl.in is working fine for him

use the same id that u use to connection to the dataone using dial up icon on desktop,not the other id @dataone.in its mail id

try in both data,bsnl.in and dataone.in use the id which ends with "_hyd" or code for that city

use the SAME ID and password what is entered in your modem.
try with /without @dataone.in
Check cookie settings in IE Internet options.
Accept first and third party cookies.

the links you have given seem to be not correct. Dataone pages not shown.

which software is that and where can i get it?
