The user account does not exist!

Usually BSNL IP is 59.xxx.xxx.xxx

but mine is different coz in hyd

New Server they installed

use the SAME ID and password what is entered in your modem.
try with /without @dataone.in
Check cookie settings in IE Internet options.
Accept first and third party cookies.

Read post No2 (mine ) and try those programs.
Call BSNL 1800 424 1600 and say you cannot check usage and password trouble.
They will check/tell/reset your password !
Also confirm whether Usage is Prorata basis, and not for full month.( since you seem to have joined just now )
To be on safe side
Better lie low for next 5 days and start heavy download next month.

1.Tautology Bandwidth Meter - Internet Traffic Usage Monitor
Download this program. and check yourself. Almost accurate..
2.Temporarily disable any firewall program. while checking usage.

it works fine
for new connections its the address for data checking

1. Agreed. You have to REGISTER and then try.
2. Somebody reported that for new connections ID given as [email protected]
3. In the slip given by BSNL , when they installed your ID and password are shown.
4.Did you try the other Usage programs ?
5 Have you installed Java Runtime Program in your computer ?
