How to check BSNL Broadband Account Usage?

before i also getting negative data transfer, session start time 02/02/2008 04:48:33 and session stop time 02/02/2008 02:03:03, time is also in negative direction, but after that they rectify this error.
 
i know you hate this solution of mine but you have no other choice...Contact bsnl office..your nearest telephone exchange :D
 


i registered in portal and got my portal id and password
portal ID for usage check is provided by bsnl.you do not get it by registering at portal.the portal ID you got by registering at portal can not be used to check your usage.
 
Hi guys...

my bsnl bb connection got activated on 9 th of february...

but i am not able to check the usage...
when i log into the following portal....
http://p3hosting.bsnl.in:9080/BroadBandCustomerPortal/

and when i select the month to view the usage details ..

No Usage Records Found For FEB-2008 message is displayed...

i am using 250 plan...i dont want to cross 1 gb this month....

gimme some solution plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz......

same here,got broadband activated in feb.then i started using night unlimited part to download torrents and today i went to check my usage,it is saying feb 2008 usage availble.i got duration of connection,data downloaded.but it says 89 gb download which is simply unbelievable.i got it properely setup with port forward and all 2 days ago.how can i download 89 gb i dont understand.it correctly identifies my plan that is home 500.what do i do?shall i go and complain?
