How to check BSNL Broadband Account Usage?

I can't check my usage using http://p3hosting.bsnl.in:9080/BroadBandCustomerPortal/ or
BSNL Portal

When i open the first link and enter my portal id in both the fields a blank page shows up, i don't know my portal password i know only the portal id. I am a new user, and i have to depend on Tautology Bandwidth Meter. I have got 14 character portal id.

The second link doesn't open at all.

Where and how can i check my official usage, the customer care helplines 1500 and 18004241600 didn't gave any solution, please help.

The default password is password itself. Why dont u try using that?

the link for checking usage is changed.new customers this is the new link--

use your 14 character portal id.password is "password" by default.the usage record is upto 13th feb at present.

i am able to check my usage but it showing usage till 13th of feb. i think portal is still not working correctly

if you are the new customer the password is password, try this with your portal id.
