this link http://p3hosting.bsnl.in:9080/BroadBandCustomerPortal/ is only for new bsnl customers(having IP 117.x.x.x) & it does not show which plan you are using.it also shows all data transfer including night unlimited between 2-8AM.you can not check your usage on any other link besides this one.
also since last 2 days it is showing no usage record found even for those months for which it was showing previously.
BSNL might have changed the website please try this out it is showing usage for new IP Adress 117....
the above link is just like old one.it only shows total data transfer including night unlimited & no other details like which plan you are using,what will be your final bill etc.
Any way to check my plan setails? I have applied for a plan change feb first week. from UL900 to 500Plan. But still there is no change in my connection. They said they are upgrading the portal and so plan changes will be effective only after that. That means, if this is the new portal, my plan will be changed soon? Or can we expect a full fledged portal from Bsnl?
i am also confused about it. when will they properly start new portal page, can anyone have any idea.i am getting slow speed (u torrent downloads 1 to 1.2 GB in night unlimitted hours) is this because of cable cut. when will it repaired.
