Ok Guys... woke up and I see my new windows 8 downloaded and installed. No ProblemsI got no message to enter windows key. even the new windows 8 key was not asked.

it does not ask for the key if you paid during the upgrade process. key is shown and mailed to you for future installs.

Yeah! It doesn't ask you that if you download and install using upgrade adviser

yes I figured it out....For all those who are getting a message enter your old win7 key, try using old Windows8-UpgradeAssistant.exe .... its just a guess not sure
