Went to Main telephone exchange yesterday for 3 reasons.
I knew i am reaching early (around 10:30AM) but i did that mistake.
1). change of BSNL dataone plan change.
2). Complain about getting 100kbps or even lesser in BSNL 3G
3). Ask about 4200 recharge
Answers i got were as follows
1). arrey, Bill and paid receipt ka xerox to lagao. (give xerox copy along application), i searched near-by and couldn't locate any shop working on genset as it was 10:30AM (normal powercut in town 10AM to 2PM)
2). BSNL 3G waaley counter pey complain kariye, (go to 3G helpdesk, which was just a window without anyone)
3). Ab 4200 mein kya hai kya nahin, yeh to 3G babu hi bataeingey na. (whats included or not included will be told by 3G cust. support incharge only, whom i was not willing to wait for)
So lost patience quite early and came back and used Airtel gprs.
then later in evening, used feedback/suggestion/complain forms on BSNL portal to ask about 3G recharge, which i am sure would be replied in a decade or may be after my lifetime.

It's valid for old as well as new subscribers. You don't need to worry about validity as 4200 recharge will automatically extend your account's validity by 6 months. Still confirm once with nearest BSNL CSC.
Thankyou and btw I bought my 3g connection just before 2 days and I dint get one week free unlimited! I only got one gb! and I am unable to reach the customer care service also!
