Their app transaction history categorisation is really cool. Except for Amazon pay upi transaction most other transaction are properly tagged.

Why Amazon cannot put correct tags like other upi apps everything gets tagged as shopping.

Finally applied for account closure today. Not much staff was there. The guy took my application and said ok fine.

i am more worried about him not processing the account closure form and i would have to fill it up again and submit it again. as he did not give me any signed copy or anything.

took me three attempts to close my icici account. every time they would say that it would be processed. every time after a few weeks i would get the money deduction message.

would probably visit again after 2-3 days if there is no message from the company and i can continue to login to the app.

Looks like they did manage to process the application successfully. Remaining funds have been transferred to the account I specified on the account closure form.

Idfc bank app and NetBanking do not works with act internet hyderabad. First i thought their site has issues then tried with my mobile data it worked.

With act it shows technical error, contact customer care.
