Thanks guys. After lots of searching, I have zeroed down on these two Routers.

I am confused between these two. Which one should I buy?

Both choices are good.....

Go with anyone..... Just install it at the centre of Flat near Ceiling...... you will get good signal everywhere....

Dual band c20 option is really good but you need to keep your router near (same room/ line of sight) the Android TV box/ Smart TV.... so that 5MHz functions optimally.....
