Same here, no upgrade yet, BSNL screws up again.

It won't auto update. BSNL guys told me that the auto thing only works up-to 2mbps plan (every other update is manual). I approached the J.E in our exchange and it was done in 20 minutes :P

So I called the local exchange and the guy there asked me to call 12678 and when I did that they werent even aware of any changes. Then they said since there is some cable fault that they are not sure if its implementable etc. I only asked them to update the plans on their end, for which the same answer was given.

I too am on BBG Combo ULD 1350 but no speed difference yet.

Will visit the local exchange on Monday and ask them to change the line rate to 4 mbps.

Hope they understand how to fix it.

BTW is the upload speed still limited to 512 kbps ?

My upload is still limited to 512 :P (now, instead of giving speed boosts... they should think on increasing the FUP limit... )

My limit is almost done and still no upgrade, I wonder whether I can pay half charges this month since I didnt get the service promised as per the plan.

Hello EverybodyEven i got my bandwidth upgraded albeit manually today.I am now getting 3+MBps speed inside India. But not getting that much speed in abroad when testing my speed in speedtest.net.What i have to do?
