So tried contacting their CC support. Even though you are calling from your registered number, you are asked to enter first 6 digits where you get 2 options:
1 Block card
2 Talk to customer care.
Option 2 is misleading as it asks you to enter the whole card number and your dob. After this you are dumped to the normal card IVR with the talk to customer care option tucked at the last.
Even after all this, it has been 17 minutes and the call is still not connected. I think even SBI connects call sooner than this.

Looks like Indus has increased their top fd interest to 7.75%. Yes is at the same level currently for a specific period.

so i was looking for my monthly statements in my inbox. and i noticed that the statement for feb 2023 and march 2023 is missing. march one would probably come later this month. but i should have received the feb statement by now. anyone here with indusind bank can check and confirm if they received the statement for feb 2023?

it's unlikely that i would have deleted it accidentally. but it's possible. and unlikely icici, they do not even let you download it from online banking. every bank has its own quirks.

Update. Dad got his so I guess IndusInd messed up.

atm transaction from three days ago generated an email just now.

A pretty baffling thing happened yesterday. One of my FDs is maturing today. And I got a 1. Call, 2. SMS Message, 3. WhatsApp Message from an IndusInd Bank employee informing me about the maturing and if I plan to renew it, I can use her referral code. I mean she was not going to be doing anything. She basically sent me her employee code asking me to use it while renewing the FD. First, I thought that she might be my relationship manager from the local branch. But she isn’t. I asked her what branch she is from, and she actually sent me a photo of her employee batch and confirmed that she is from some central office in Gurgaon.

I am tempted to file a complaint about this but seems like a pointless exercise. Fun fact, I only noticed that she called later on when I saw my recent calls. Her call was blocked by Hiya on the phone. That essentially happens with the worst of the spam callers. And she is just an employee of the IndusInd Bank, so I imagine she does it on a regular basis and enough people have reported her number as spam.

Her number is also marked as spam on truecaller.
