Is Dataone possible over WLL wireless ?

Hello All, Is Dataone possible over WLL wireless BSNL or not ? Thanks .

telephone line with copper cable is needed for dataone. no way of giving broadband connection on wll
P.S: The Broadband service will be available on DSL technology (on the same copper cable that is used for connecting telephone)

but you can get 144kbps connection on WLL using existing CDMA technology.
