yeah ok.. I saw just now..

i went through his reviews 2months back and said that he had a airtel connection as a back up connection if in some way beam telecom is down. now did kick out airtel broadband finally...???

Guys, what's the speed (in KBps) that one can expect on Reliance broadband 1 Mbps unlimited plan? For e.g. On airtel I used to get around ~140 KBps (!) on my 1 Mbps plan. Will I get atleast ~128 KBps on Reliance 1 Mbps plan?

Yaa should get up to 128kbps dl speed. i dont know in which plan of airtel u wer..

from what i have seen people on reliance 1mbps plans are getting half of that as upload speeds. airtel tends to give 1mbps upload on 1mbps plan.

I have been on airtels 1MBps plan for some time never gt 1MBps upload its max around 56KBps...I have even used 2MBps even on that upload was just 49 to 56KBps..

Hi Guys yes this is Ranjit from Tech2buzz.com I do keep testing most of the ISP and fortunately I have access to most of the big players in my area.

I also keep a backup internet connection most of the times so at any given moment I have access to at-least 2 ISP (if you include wireless internet acesss like 3G etc then 3 providers at any given moment) I have just stopped using airtel due to their crazy FUP policy it's not that I was getting effected due to the FUP but I simply don't find any of their current plans Fair enough.

I had also used beam for a couple of months but their connectivity to US servers is not that good for me, but if you use torrents with beam you get almost the full promised speeds!

Admin I am posting a link of a vid review that I did for reliance broadband (wired connection) its a youtube vid link if it's not okay please remove the link - Reliance Broadband Review (Wired Connection)[/URL]

I get around 100 KBps upload speed (in airtel) if the download speed is >= 1 Mbps.

With Airtel even when I was with the 4Mbps plan the upload was just around 512 kbps, even on reliance I am on 1 Mbps and the upload is around 550 - 650 kbps would love to have higher upload speeds but I guess I am stuck with ADSL for now with reliance they don't yet have metro ethernet in my area.

My question to you guys any one who is with reliance with Metro Ethernet connection? If so what is your upload speeds.

WOW! Just look at those ping times, man! :O
Looks like Reliance has pretty good routing that results in lower ping times!

Do you use RS/HF/MU premium? If yes, then what speed do you get while downloading from these sites?
